- Each appointment begins with a conversation about your skin, your goals and anything that could affect treatment, including recent dental work or injectables.
- The work inside the mouth is done with gloved hands, alongside work on the outside of the face.
- Tell Bouchra at any point if you would like less pressure or a pause.
Results are temporary and vary from person to person. Buccal massage is a cosmetic and relaxation treatment, not medical care.

Each appointment begins with a conversation about your skin, your goals and anything that could affect treatment. Her technique is then adapted to what she sees and feels, rather than following a fixed script.
