RRYL Skin Spa – Terms of Service

Welcome to RRYL Skin Spa (“RRYL,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking an appointment, purchasing a service or product, or visiting our spa or website, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Appointments & Booking
All services at RRYL Skin Spa are by appointment only. Appointments may be booked online, by phone, or in person, subject to availability.
Appointments booked online are paid in full (100% of the service price) at the time of booking through our secure online booking system, Mindbody.
2. Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We value your time and ours. Because appointment times are reserved exclusively for you, the following cancellation policy applies to every appointment:
Cancelling or Rescheduling with 24 Hours’ Notice
Appointments cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice before the scheduled appointment time are eligible for a full refund. Appointments may also be rescheduled at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Late Cancellation (Within 24 Hours)
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are charged 100% of the service cost. As a one-time courtesy, the payment for the late-cancelled appointment may be applied toward one complimentary rescheduled appointment. This is a one-time allowance: it does not apply to the rescheduled appointment and does not create an ongoing right to move an appointment again.
No-Show
A client who does not attend a scheduled appointment without cancelling (a “no-show”) is charged 100% of the service cost and is not eligible for a complimentary rescheduled appointment.
By booking an appointment with RRYL Skin Spa, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
3. Late Arrivals
Clients arriving late may receive a shortened service to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. Full service pricing still applies.
Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may be treated as a no-show at the discretion of RRYL Skin Spa.
4. Refund Policy
Completed services are final sale, and no refunds are issued for completed services. Cancellations, late cancellations and no-shows are governed by Section 2.
Products may be eligible for exchange or store credit only if unopened and unused, within 7 days of purchase, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5. Health & Medical Disclosure
Clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant health information, including but not limited to:
Medical conditions
Skin conditions
Allergies
Pregnancy
Medications or recent cosmetic procedures
Failure to disclose relevant information releases RRYL Skin Spa from liability for adverse reactions. RRYL Skin Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify services if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.
6. Results Disclaimer
Results from skincare treatments vary by individual. No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, and multiple sessions may be required to achieve desired results.
7. Right to Refuse Service
RRYL Skin Spa reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with spa policies.
8. Gift Cards & Spa Credits
All gift cards and spa credits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expiration dates apply as stated at the time of issuance. Lost or stolen gift cards or credits cannot be replaced.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, images, text, and materials associated with RRYL Skin Spa are the exclusive property of RRYL Skin Spa and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
RRYL Skin Spa is not responsible for:
Lost or stolen personal belongings
Adverse reactions when proper health disclosures are not provided
Outcomes that do not meet client expectations
11. Changes to Terms
RRYL Skin Spa reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
