Private Rituals, Reserved Just for You
All RRYL experiences are available by private appointment only. We encourage advanced reservations, allowing us to tailor every element to your personal rhythm and intention. Appointments booked online are reserved with full payment at the time of booking. For your protection and ours, the name on your reservation should match the card used at booking. If the appointment is a gift or made on your behalf, we kindly ask that the original cardholder either be present at check-in or submit written authorization with a copy of their ID prior to your visit.

We understand life flows unpredictably. With at least 24 hours’ notice, you may cancel for a full refund or reschedule at no charge. Cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 100% of the service cost; as a one-time courtesy, that payment may be applied toward one complimentary rescheduled appointment. Missed appointments (no-shows) are charged 100% of the service cost and are not eligible for a complimentary reschedule.

Our gift cards are valid for all treatments and services and remain active for a minimum of nine years in accordance with New York State law. Promotional offers may have shorter durations and specific exclusions.

Products may be returned within 14 days if found defective, accompanied by proof of purchase. Treatment series are non-refundable but may be exchanged for service credit of equal value.

Gratuity as a Gesture
Gratuities are not included in our service fees and are appreciated in cash. Should you wish to express gratitude, the customary range is 18–20% of your service total.

We accept all major credit cards and require matching photo ID. For the safety of all guests, personal checks, third-party gift cards, and prepaid debit cards are not accepted.
